Rich Barham
Rich’s background in Customer Support in his native England spanned over a dozen years and a number of corporate companies, culminating in his decision to merge his MMO interests with those of his professional background. Rich sharpened his MMO gaming industry teeth both in Europe, as well as in two US locations for a prominent publisher prior to joining ZeniMax Online as Director of Customer Support in 2008. When not working, Rich is a keen photographer, Football (yes that’s Soccer to you!) fan, Scuba diver and aviation enthusiast. In all the time that is left, you can be sure to find Rich somewhere in a far off MMO world, fighting against the forces of good or evil…depending on your perspective!
