Responsibilities:

• Design the user interface for ZeniMax Online Studios’ new massively multiplayer game.
• Create innovative user interface capabilities for use in game. Design, implement and test to ensure usability and an exceptional player experience.
• Leverage superior creativity and user interface development skills to translate complex game systems into easily accessible interfaces.
• Work in a cross functional environment with overlapping responsibilities across multiple internal teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Background in information systems, interactive design, human factors, human-computer interaction, product design or a related field. Degree in relevant areas a plus.
• Creative individual with a strong sense of style.
• Strong MMO play experience.
• Experience defining game interfaces.
• MMO UI modding experience a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well independently or within a team, especially in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile development a plus.
• Able to quickly develop unique and creative solutions to problems.
• Able to work one on one or in small groups with artists and programmers.
• Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise over time.
• High comfort with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools. Familiarity with Flash a plus.
