Marketing Artist
The Marketing Artist will work closely with the Marketing Director and creative agencies to transfer key marketing messages through high definition images.
Responsibilities:
- Create high quality imagery for promotional materials such as magazine covers, packaging, websites, and advertisements
- Assist in layout and design of marketing materials such as packaging, websites, and advertising
- Assist in the creation of pitch documents
- Assist marketing team with misc. art tasks such as screenshots, websites, and model renders
- Assist in the management of outside agencies and contractors
- Develop 2D images and 3D images
Requirements:
- Excellent fine art skills (sketch work and/or 3D concept work)
- An excellent understanding of layout and design, excels in the composition of scenes and images
- Experience with 3D Studio Max and Photoshop
- Experience with After Effects a plus
- Experience with Flash
- Knows how to sketch, present ideas and create rapid prototypes
- Deadline oriented - being able to manage and organize work so they meet all the deadlines and is able to adjust when changes happen
- An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regard to modeling
- Good communication skills - able to help others and ask for help when needed. Being proactive in sharing info and assets
- Great team-player attitude - being flexible with new ideas, being open to direction and changes
- Excellent eye for light, shade, and color
