Customer Service Tools Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to write sustainable, bug-free code
  • Collaborate with game engineers to interface with MMO game servers
  • Maintain ownership of a tools platform used by a team of customer service reps
  • Manage and mentor junior programmers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing business applications
  • Experience with the .NET platform
  • Experience creating help desk / customer service applications
  • Experience creating and supporting applications used by large, high-volume teams
  • Experience developing and optimizing database applications
  • Excellent communication skills
Plusses:
  • Game industry experience
  • Previous MMO playing experience
  • Secondary programming language experience
  • Experience interfacing with payment gateways, security / billing applications
  • Experience interfacing with third-party call-distribution systems
